Our Leaders
Jessica Arlington, General Manager
Jessica has a passion for helping people and solving problems. She has a strong science and business-oriented background with a doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of South Carolina. She has experience in the pharmaceutical industry, served as a civil servant for the United States Navy in Jacksonville at one of three national Drug Labs, and now takes the helm as a leader of Pierce Dynamics.
She finds joy when things are in order, problems are resolved, and customers are happy. Jessica makes sure Pierce Dynamics’ customers are taken care of and maintains the trusting relationships between suppliers and end-users.
Will Pierce, Chief Engineer
Will is a Chemical Engineer, B.S.E., from the University of South Carolina. He brings a wealth of processing knowledge to Pierce Dynamics’ customers with experience in process engineering at a leading nuclear fuel fabricator, food manufacturing product development, civil service for the Department of Defense’s Missile Defense Agency, and most recently as the executive vice president for an international slurry pump manufacturer.
When he’s not helping to solve processing and engineering problems, he loves to spend time surf fishing with his kids or enjoying the great outdoors in any form.
We want to be known as the company that solves the problem and offers more value than anyone in the market.
